What are you inquiring about and does it help to call or e-mail them about ....let's say a certain room or a pad for the beds etc? I have been told that it does not help at all. That it is first come first served.
GP website when are you going? we're going in 4 days, 6/13 till 6/20. we stayed there last year and really like it.
