I just checked, that price is great. upgraded to oceanview and insurance, elderly MIL, less than 2k, for two. Flying out of Des Moines, if it was only that good in the winter. have fun.

 

$1,780 out of Dallas. Thats a good price. We've gotten better before, but only once. I'd book it if it was $1,300.

I was looking Oct 4th-11th. Might have something to do with it.

 

It'd be $1,720 for us (out of STL) for Oct 7-14 and right at $2,000 for a Club Room. That's through Apple. Last time we had better pricing through Liberty Travel (but that was two years ago and prices change, I'm sure)....

 

I was getting better rate quotes through Expedia than Apple. Just an fyi.

 

Thanks "E&C"...I'll check Expedia. (But first things first...right now my wife and I are both on our laptops looking for some ideas for a quick, reasonably-priced trip next month to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary...any ideas anyone?)

 

How many days? 3-4? I've seen some good last minute stuff.

 

Four nights is probably what we're looking at. Our anniversary is May 26th, a Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day. We're looking at trying to do a Sunday-Wednesday or a Tuesday-Saturday trip, IF we can find a good last minute deal out of St. Louis for someplace warm and sunny. They'll probably start showing up online in another week or so.
