There is always a group to party with or just sit and enjoy the water. I do not believe that you will be unhapppy, if you know that this is not the Ritz as far as the building is concerned. When reviews talk about things that we know are not true, water-downed drinks etc.. I am not concerned about their comments. Go and have fun.

 

Viking, -26 F today, how are the Dakotas? She did have the beads packed. Tiki bar in less than two weeks.

 

This March will be our 3rd time to BBG/Temptaions but we have been looking at checking this place out!! Does anyone know if they have day passes and about how much$? We agree BBG is a great time and you can't beat the pool activities but were looking for another great resort to stay at that has great people and a great beach! Thanks in advance!

We've been to BBG/ Temptations four times but are going to try GP this July. Steve (Site Owner...THE Steve lol) actually gave this place a good review...very similar to Temptations but a little tamer. Hopefully we'll like it. From looking at the board, quite a few GPers have been to BBG/ Temptations as well. We look forward to hearing your impressions of GP.

We will give our opinion, if we return. Last year we had a great time.

Eight days and counting very slowly. However, for some reason, at home, it has went from -26 F last week to an expected high of 52 today and 5 tonight. Hard to figure out.

 

Please do!! We would love to hear more about this resort! We really are considering it next time we go to Cancun! like I said this March will be our 3rd trip to BBG and don't get us wrong we love it there but were ready to try something new. Have fun and Thanks!

 

We will be interesetd to see your trip report because of the changes at the BBG, TTR. If nice shoes is no more, I do not believe that we will return to the TTR. As well, they will have to develop a night life, until at least 1 AM, if they want to cater to the party crowd. The last reviews have been very mixed, but hopeful.

 

Viking, one week and we will be on our way. Tiki bar and beach here we come.

 

We too are a little concerned about the mixed reviews! But we will go and have a great time!!! We will definitely post a TR!! Have a great vacation!
