Golden Parnassus (Adults only) ***** AI

On our last trip, the tiki bar really got going late into the evening quite a few nights. We had alot of body shots going.....lots of tops off, etc....and some other crazy stuff. You get the right crowd, and the GP can rock pretty good out there.
The place is very quite at nights though if the Tiki is not a rockin!

 

Last year it rained three evenings and that thinned the crowd out to zero. The other nights had some fun activity. There other bars were pretty calm. We did not have any luck getting a party going inside the resort. If it rains this year, I am loading up on booze and sitting in the hot tub.

Hopefully, the Vikings will be ready to party. Last year was great except for the evening rain.

 

Yea, the beer garden inside is good for pool, bad for fun, lol.

Usually we hit CocoBongo's, and Carlos and Charlies each visit....have a couple wild nights at the Tiki bar.....and enjoy a couple nights of peace and quiet the other nights. Works out pretty well.

Have fun! We are going to try and come 1st week of june, but have a few other trips planned this year away from Cancun. It would be a real bummer not to be there at all in 2008.

 

Cant wait until the 6th of FEB wife and I are getting excited another couple is coming with us we are gonna be theones from North Dakota

 

Our group of four, from Iowa, is excited. The weather, as you can attest to, has been overly cold with lots of snow and ice. We are ready to go today. We will be there on the fifth and we will save a seat or four, for your group.

Two other fun couples that we met last year had to change their dates. They were fun and helped keep the Tiki bar going. We will miss them.

My posts on Trip Advisor have not generated much interst. It is good to see that at least some other couples are looking forward to a good party.

We will be lookin forward to it 34 days and counting cant wait. We should keep in touch. Went out for supper last night and we decided we should leave now.

 

We have had the same conversation considering that we are having a real winter this year. Feb 5th is jut a month away but it seems like forever. We are looking forward to meeting new people and relaxing on the beach.

She will be the nice looking blonde, with the twins free. I am the fat, old bald guy. Should be easy to spot.

 

Do you guys go down to Cancun alot? This is our fourth time in 6 years. I get more excited about it every day

 

This will be our fifth year in a row. Three at the BBG then the last year at the GP. The food, no reservations needed, and service at the GP is much better. The daytime fun at the BBG is hard to beat. However, the renovations sound like the BBG is not ready for customers.

 

Hey guys, we were at the BBG last year and had a great time.This year we booked at the GP from the end of Jan-Feb3rd, and I gotta tell you, I am a bit concerned about the last few posts on tripadvisor. I realize that you have to take these reviews with a grain of salt, but it seems the last few are all negative relating to everything from check-in to check-out and in between. I strongly believe a holiday is what you make of it, but it would sure be nice to hear some positive things to put one's mind at ease. Hopefully some of you who are regulars can do just that.
