Going overboard

    Looking over the fence at the neighbours, he's a massed well over 100 litres of gasoline in 20L containers for his generator. All stacked up against the back wall of his house.

    I there any laws in Mexico regarding how much gasoline you can store outside in the sun, in one location?

    if there ain't one now, there will be one if that stuff blows up. perhaps move to another neighborhood for now?

    Maybe he's planning a really large bar-b-q. After all, the stuff they sell here for charcoal starter may as well be gasoline the way it explodes.
