I am from Michigan, too. My parents were both from Chicago so I lived in an Illini household growing up and now I live amongst Iowa Hawkeye fans. Growing up, I lived 20 min. from South Bend, home of Notre Dame and all I can say is.....yuck. During bowl games, I always root for the BIG 10 teams, no matter who they are. Go BIG 10!
Hurricanes fan here....but ND comes second, so Michigan, Ohio State, USC, BC, FSU are all at the bottom of my list.... jumping hardcore on the Boise State bandwagon as well what a freakin game that was

Good man, Fletch!!! They certainly are proving that they are for real and should be taken seriously...and what a game. I'm glad I stayed up until the end. And I loved it how the quarterback proposed to his girlfriend after the game!!!
He would have been so embarrassed. A friend of mine saw them both on Good Morning America this morning. The girl said they had been talking about getting married so I think it was a safe bet for him that she's say yes. But she didn't know he was going to propose last night....although she did say it was so noisy that she really didn't hear what he said She just assumed he was proposing since he was down on one knee.
