we do the 4 kids under 6 diet and work out plan it the one were u don't have time to eat and chase and pick up after them it works i lost 50 and my wife lost 90
I rock climb 3-4 times a week and run 3 miles on days that I'm not climbing. I also drink a lot of beer on those off-climbing days, so I guess that's training in a different way for the upcoming trip, right
Upped the intensity on the butt/leg workouts, LOT of big squats going on here... got to get the rOung Booty!
We're from WI too. Hard to envision the warmer weather and beach bodies with this crap weather. Ready for some sun and fun!
We both regularly go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Lately we've upped our cardio and lifting. I have a feeling that Cinco may undo at least a weeks worth of work.
