Thats a really handy breakdown. What about noise levels of the various areas that you mention? Im a light sleeper, but also dont want to be too far away from the action! Deck parties sound good!
Not all the rooms in the 5000 block are tiny, some are a really nice size, but you're right, it is a pretty long walk from everywhere...and that part of the resort seems to get really confusing (making it hard to find the room!) late at night after many drinks!!
Had 5314 last trip, and at night it's so quiet - silence. Trip before had 2103, ground floor next to Paty O. That was loud, but really convenient. I really want a room on the other side of Paty O next trip, ground floor, facing sexy pool.
We want a room that is quiet enough to get some sleep (so far enough from Paty-Os) from 2 to 10AM but not too far (don't want to make it a cardio workoout every time we need to go there). Which rooms would be the best suited? 11xx series rooms (facing quiet pool)?
Honestly... We stayed in the 12xx rooms, and they were very quiet, and not THAT far from the action... Even for a drunken stumble...
According to the map 11xx, 12xx and 13xx are around the quiet pool. Probably the ones close to the gym would be the best located. 31xx, 32xx, 33xx, 34xx are close to the sexy pool but not sure how loud are they. The ones around Paty-Os are 21xx, 22xx and 23xx so those are the ones we really want to avoid.
we had 1261, which was ocean view, so pretty much the farthest walk on the resort, and it wasn't that bad. The resort isn't as big as it looks on the map... And FYI... The long drunken walk back is nice, because typically the wife ends up stripping as she walks... So by the time we get to the room she's pretty much naked.
