Agree... You have to train for the all inclusive booze fest.... I think it is just as important as working out....

We have about a week and a half til our trip and one girl in our group is turning the big 30 tomorrow so we will be working out our pre-trip alcohol party night tomorrow!

Well it's looking more and more like we are gonna get there. Glenn and his partner finally decided to hire a third.....easier to get away. Yeah! down 1 more lb after last weekend but I have been a sicky all week so the workouts have been here and there and kinda pitaful. Hope to see both you and John in September.
Taking your advise and starting the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan this morning. I can't seem to lose the last 5-10lbs I'm looking for. My wife Fran and I have been exercising a lot, but I just seem to be stuck in the low 190's. I feel good about myself when I'm in the 184-188 range, so it's within reach, but as I said I seem to be stuck. Fran on the other hand is probably 2-3lbs slimmer than she should be, so we have different goals. Actually she looks phenomenal,very toned. Anyway, thanks for the advise. I hope it works, we leave for TTR next Friday! :mnm: Joe
May 2009 I was 12 stone 6 today I'm 9 stone 4 and still losing........working harder to lose the last 4 lbs before I get to Cancun ;-) Marianne
Wife and I have both lost 20 lbs in anticipation of the May trip we were planning, since we've postponed that to Aug/Sept now we've lightened up on othe work out/diet plan as well but are still doing pretty good, we cut out alot of alcohol consumption as part of the diet and we've noticed too that a few times we've been out that it hasn't taken our normal consumption amount to get highly intoxicated!
