Too late for me. I guess I should have looked at getting rid of this booze belly a few months ago. Thankfully Cat is smokin hot so that may make up for my lazyness!! Next year I promosie to work harder, but for now.. take me as I am..LOL

as far as losing some weight t and i do the slim fast 321 every once in a while (presently doing it again) not that t and i are extremely over weight we both could lose a pound here or there every once in a while but we have found that you can easily lose 10 to 15 pounds in five or so weeks just by going with a healthy low calorie diet (like the slim fast 321 plan) consisting of about 1500 calories or less of healthy food and about 7 hours a week of steady aerobic exercise. t and i also like to mix in some crunches and dumbell work as well for toning for an additional 30 minutes per day stick with this plan diligently for those five week and walah..........you will more than likely lose about 1 pound to 3 pounds per week this is pretty much like the biggest loser diet (from the tv show) and it works very well and very healthy for you at the same time rob/t
I've heard if you stick to a crack cocaine and air popped popcorn diet, drinking only purified water the pounds just fall off in no time...
I think my 6 pack is in the works.... I am crunching and crunching and lifting and lifting, and running and running. I do see 6 faint rips on my stomach!!!! Hurrrayyyy...... Now only if I could quit drinking until April 16th.... NAAAHHHHH....
I think my 6 packs is in the works too, Im having my friend grab me one on the way home from work today.....The only excess weight im loosing before this trip , is probably the girlfriend....LMAO...kidding
Do not make the big pre trip mistake I made! I made a BIG mistake, did some work with the diet and in the gym but I really neglected my beer muscle in the weeks leading up to our trip. Lost some body fat, which was great but the lack of alcohol the weeks leading up to our TTR trip took it's toll. Never try to run an Olympic event with no training is the lesson I will take from all this. The first day I was a mess, probably looked like a 13 yr old school girl at her first party. I can only imagine what the people we met that day thought (boy this guy cant hold his alcohol). The associated second day hang over and shakes did nothing to restore my reputation a seasoned drinker. The subsequent days and alcohol pacing made me seem some what socially acceptable. At the end of the trip we were able to pick out the first day people who neglected the alcohol training as easily as the first dayers who did not tan. Moral of the story is DO NOT neglect the alcohol training portion of your pre trip getting in shape. You have been warned, keep your stick on the ice.
It happens so often that we have an offical name for it - First Day Syndrome.... We all have suffered it at one point or another. Even seasoned vets slip up once in a while and forget that an open spicket of booze can lead to a slippery slope and short first nights. I think it was like our 3 or 4th trip we ended up sitting one of the "hot" tubs in the sexy pool with a couple of other couples we had met before and Abel was delivering drings to us on roller blades so we never had to move. After about 4 hours we got up to get ready for dinner and sat right back down. If we had gone another hour we would have headed straight to bed for the night. So no worries, we've all done it.. Jamie
