    been there to the gym a few times awesome View great intentions just hard to get the Butt there but it's a great way to work off the strawberry waffles that are deliciousand of course there's other ways to work it off as well haha

    I was reading how everybody now wants to lose 10 before they get to Temptations I'm on that train now gave up soda breadand cutting my portions and I will do my best to stay away from chocolate that's the hardest

    I liked the old fitness facility at TTR. From what I could recall previously, there were 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, smith machine with multi-purpose bench, dumbell rack up to 35lbs, a few nautilus type machines for chest, leg curl, leg extension, lat and row, 2 recumbent & 2 upright bikes. Yoga mats(very little space to roll them out), towels, water. The cardio equipment were positioned the best because the overlooked the pool area and the ocean. Overall the facility was good enough, so all I'm hoping is that they have something similar to what they had before.

    I am hoping they actually have a way nicer gym this time around. And I am hoping I am physically able to use it. My vacation workouts are pathetic, but they do kind of get the day off to a good start, then I proceed to destroy my body every way possible.

    Yep...it's like hitting the reset button each day. I know some folks like to go balls deep even on vacation, but I think vacation workouts should serve as a deload. You just need to do enough to break a sweat, which shouldn't be difficult in Cancun. :)

    Powerlifting is awesome, but it is hard on the body. Try taking Dr Joints, glucosamine and turmeric. Glad that cardio is working out well!

    I am training for a half marathon in October so I hope they have treadmills and they actually work :) I need to workout even if it's only 30 minutes.

    The sidewalk outside of Temptation has markers every half kilometer. Temptation is at kilometer 3.5 so if you head west and back that's 7. If you head east, you can go about 6.5 km before it gets a little confusing for a first timer so that's 13. And of course you can do both for 20 km (almost 12.5 miles). The route is flat with the exception of the overpass about 1 km east of the resort. But if you do want to stick to the indoors, I'm sure they will reinstall the treadmills in the new gym.
