Feel free to come to TTR insulated, you won't feel out of place. Some of the guys have the extra time to get those workouts in, and good for them, some don't, and they drink. Good for them, too.
Rob and I are in pretty good shape and try to eat healthy and stay active but yet still enjoy life. We've made a commitment to do something every day before we go to Cancun. When we started the challenge it was still 107 days until the trip...so if we can stay with it we'll be pretty proud of ourselves. D
Things are off to a great start. Lets hope it keeps up. Down 5 lbs and have added a few inches to the arms. Gaining muscle mass and losing weight on the scale, thats a good combo if you ask me

While I loved the weight loss I was getting on atkins, I wasn't enjoying myself as much. My happy carb number was like 50-60g a day, which sucked... I hated the fact that if i had a bagel, that was my ENTIRE carbs for the day... Same thing with a big baked potato. the 6 meal a day thing is kinda working for me. I don't mind making the shakes in the morning, and its actually pretty easy for me... The afternoon snack is my hard part. And staying out of the fridge/freezer late at certain times :bandit: if you know what i mean lol.

Well shit,, guess we're going to join the 'get in shape' bandwagon with the rest of you. Lets face it, I'm older then dirt and the trophy wife will need me to carry her bags. So starting today we got the well used bubba mugs out and put 50 pennies in each one (181 pennies to a pound) and the rule is, while at home we have to carry them every where, just like at TTR, each day we add 10 more pennies in each, this will continue until they are full or when our rippling forearms are the size of Popeye's.
