But you also had photos of your gorgeous wife posted so I actually have no clue if you were in any of them. Also.. Brian youre nat a big guy so yes going on a chiken diet and salad diet will trim some unwanted lbs , But In all honesty dude , If I was a chick Id bang youre brains out and scream my own name while doing so... Youre fine as Is....No need to shred or etc unless youre doing It because you feel heavy or the need to for health reason"s...I wish I was as big as you. As they say If she cant love me at my worst then she cant love me at my best...
Myself ive considered going on the starvation diet, and spend 4 hours a day in the gum, but I've recently reached a couple conclusions. 1. Having a fit, fun and exciting persona is much more effective for me 2. Being Big Sexy (or "el grande sexos" as i've also been called) is more fun, and hasn't slowed my "shenanigans" any, lol... 3. Finally, all shapes and types are accepted and even encouraged at Temptation. Don't get me wrong, they invent the workout pill I'll be first in line, but im gonna work on conditioning my liver and base tan rather than weighing 6oz of chicken. No offense intended here, just a different perspective
The BMI is a joke, I am 5 foot 9 and 220-230 pounds, not fat by any means perhaps 10% the BMI has me at morbidly obese and im going to die hehe. I love that scale. Brent has it right, the mirror is by far the best measurement tool.
Yeah I did atkins years ago and just SHREDDED weight... But I went off it and gained it all back.. Now I'm doing calorie control, high protein, and 6 meals a day... I've only been barely losing weight, but i'm dropping inches
I am just starting to run in the mornings ...again, after a year off running. I find it helps to manage your food selection & alcohol consumption in the evenings. Combined with weight training helps lose the weight and add muscle development. I was able to drop a lb a week before & will try to do the same before Feb.
