As long as she has a beautiful soul I couldnt care less If shes fit or volpt and curvy or bbw... I tend to find my self attracted to a woman who Is able to warm up the room with her smile and personality. Yes the rule of attraction plays a role but as they say diffrent strokes for diffrent folks. Changing our appearance doesnt change our souls...so It shouldnt matter.
Just for the record you cant gain 16 pounds of muscle in a year, unless your one of the genetically gifted elite. What your seeing is the sexy buff frame after stripping the fat off your body! The package is under neath the wrapping bro! This is good advice though, there are no excuses, you can make the time. Keep up the good work and make sure you set small goals so they are obtainable.
I have to say Brent&Kells said it best so far. Sacrifice some time at the rink, instead of sitting there on your iphone go for a walk, 20 minutes 5 times a week is more than most get in honestly. If the space you have to take the kids to has a gym, hit it. Even 30 minutes of weights is more than you get in now just hanging out. Diet is the other key, sacrifice most of what you love, no wheat, no white refined anything, this includes milk, sugar, sweeteners, flour, pasta all of it. Rice is the only exception. Eat 60 % protein and 40% carbs on your diet and you will change your shape for sure. When I get back from mexico we start contest diet, and its never fun, but you can truly change your shape in 16 months. Feel free to PM me your current diet and I can tweak it up for you. Please dont forget ladies and men eat differently.
Have you tried kettlebells? Total workout time including warm-up and cool down is about 25 minutes. We have kids in basketball, cheerleadin, tae kwon do, etc so I know time is of a premium. We have good success with the kettlebells.
try this, eat 4 times a day in small quantities, just eat enough to satisfy your hunger not to much that you're full, then eat again in 3-4 hours.and just take a 15 minute walk during the day it sounds crazy but you will lose the weight,
Actually, I'm in the fortunate/unfortunate situation of having a bad neck injury which kept me out of the gym for a long time. In the 16 weeks I have gone from 206 pounds with a 41 inch waist to currently 208 pounds with a 35 inch waist. Arms have gone up 1/2", legs 1.5", chest 1.5". Essentially I started at 25% Bodyfat and am currently at 16% on my way to 10% or under by Febraury. Don't expect to gain much more muscle at this point. In fact I have reduced my calories more to start losing more fat.
Im more the same too, but started in 2009 hahaha. Was 255 pounds @ 36.6 stepped on stage at 196, up to 231 for a year and a half building mass. I started coming down 2 months ago. Sitting at 226 right now but huge hehe. Hopeing to sit in the 215 ish range for TTR, then down to 196 again for Junes show But more on topic..... If you want to drop weight for Temptations, specifically fat just adjust your carb calories not your protein calories. Protien is what holds lean mass while dieting. Currently I am running 2100 calories from meats, and 650 calories from carbs. As you can see its not a lot at all for carbs. 2 cups of rice a day. But I get to eat all the meat I want, how bad is that eh? nom nom nom. Brent you still have 80 ish days to go, at a pound a week its another 11 ish pounds! Rock it bro!
Thanks a lot... I hope to continue with the awesome progress I've had so far . Never seen my 6pack, but I'm sure it's there somewhere and I fully intend on showing it off come February... Like you said though, no excusese. I go to the gym mon-fri at 9am after dropping Kelly off at work. Today, I had to get the winter tires put on at 9am...what to do?? You drop it off and run the 3.5km to the gym, do your ab, workout and run back. I hate jogging, but you gotta do what you gotta do. You keep up the progress too Lion, we gotta look good in our Magic Mike outfits.
Brent I am passing on the magic mike thing this year, next year might be a different story. Just getting a lay of the land
