Woo i just purchased a big multigym from a guy at work. So will start useing that as i never find the time to get to a gym. Im on all out weight gain which is really hard to be fair damn my fast motabolism. going to hit up the proteins and a creatine and hit the heavy reps
Screw the gym, daylight saving starts here on Saturday, I'll try to get in 1hr walking a day after work from about now till I go away, lost over 20lb in 3 months doing that last time, have 4 months to work with this year and don't need to lose as much weight (but it would be nice). Summer eating is always easier too more fruit and vegetables are available.

Nice long hot days in the sun (another good weekend is forcast) salad and bbq's for christmas & new year, couldn't imagine it any other way
Hahaha :lol: , I more meant I couldn't imagine a white christmas, it would just be too weird for me, and I couldn't imagine NYE without the backyard parties that everyone throws. BTW only 2 months till Christmas.
