Signed upto a Local gym near where I live in Londonshire..... Induction at 5pm.... wooo I have gotten a bit out of shape so want to lose the gut and tone the hell up So I wonder what I can realistically achieve in 4 Months 1 week and 2 days!!!!

Well I thought that but then i remembered they use plastic cups so i'll be fine there!! :lol: And yeah i'm gonna hit the bike tonight and hopefully every day
mate if you do it everyday you'll be sweet ... do some intervals ... like medium pace for a minute then sprint for thirty seconds ... do that for 30mins every day and i guarantee you'll be in shape ...
I hit the gym each day, then run anywhere from a mile to 2 miles after each workout, thats plenty for me hahaha
Im getting there, abs are very hard to get ripped unless your diet is right, and mine is good as of now. Come december, I will get on my hydroxycut and hopefully in 2 months they will be really nice by cancun!
Yeah, I think 4 nights a week is realistic for me I think... at about 45 mins - an hour or something Lookin forward to losing some of that excess poundage
