I agree with that logic. I paid extra for the suite after the initial booking. If they bump us they lose revenue. That was one of the reasons we decided to pay a little extra and upgrade. I can't deal with the inconveniences of shuttling around, even if it is to desire.
While we were just there and talking with Paloma it was when the day before the month change over that people started getting bumped. There was one couple that got bumped for 6 days out of their 7 day trip. On the other hand though, you will hear about people that were "already booked and in rooms" getting bumped out for the new commers. Not happeneing. Those people left willingly to desire. The left us the same message in our door one morning after the cleaning crew came in that they would comp our stay over to desire for the duration if we would transfer. Didn't happen but it was a nice offer if you ask me!
I'd be perfectly okay with crashing with friends / shuttle to another hotel for a day or two in return for a free future stay at TTR!! Especially since the only reason to leave would be to sleep... Which hell... We could always just pass out on the beach beds if it came to that lol
I can see guys fairing well with the shuttling, but going from swim suits to dinner wear ,,to theme night wear for women, won't cut it here.
Well I guess I will have to just throw myself a tantrum if they try to bump us. LOL I know hubby is firmly against it. I wouldnt mind 1 day too much if it wasnt for the BC and if it was to an adult resort. I hope I am just worrying over nothing! LOL And as for the single guys, not too worried. Although if some strange guy grabs my ass, he better be quick at blocking what comes at him! LOL:ernaehrung024:
