Ive heard of this thing you call sleep , though ive never personally experienced it at Temptations lol... Every year I go I say im going to stick to the same schedule. Sexy pool til 4pm, back to the room for cocktail hour and then relax or nap... Dinner, then Patty O's... Shake well and repeat haha... However, Each day brings new people and new things to do and my schedule never works, Last April I was surprised I survived 10 days, having hardly eaten or slept and consumed enough alcohol to have a hangover for a week after I came home..... But going back to my original thing about stairs, im fine with lack of sleep, or lack of food and the hangovers, but I cant deal with added aches and pains from walking flights of stairs numerous times a day lol...
Just think of the stairs as a StairMaster working off the calories you're adding on with all the booze you are drinking! Streaching it a bit but it does sort of help and then you can claim to have exercised on vacation! OK... going back to my corner..... Jamie
That is a very valid point Jamie, Since Ive known for years that Temptations had a Gym, But never knew how to get there, it would be in my best interest to at least do something that sounds constructive... such as burning off calories on the "Stairmaster" LOL
Same with us last year, our was a hop, skip, and a jump away from patio o's. Up the steps to the left. Perfect.
