This is going to be our first time going to Cancun and I have read on a few reviews that Temptation can over booked themselves and they have to send you else where. Has this happened to anyone? Is there anything we can do to assure this dose not happen? We have booked the Jacuzzi room and we have 5 other people in our group that have booked for May 2-9th also who have never been to Temptation so we are all VERY EXCITED!! .

So I guess we should work on 5 rooms in a row...front door to Paty O's, sliding door to the sexy pool, ground level. Party on the lawn!!!
the past 2 years, we had the same room without even asking...in the patty o are..as you walk out of the lobby it was just up the stairs on the right facing patty o..noise didnt bother us cause we always went to our room after they stopped playing the music there.. hope we get the same room...didnt have to stagger far to our room...hehe
We have a "jacuzzi room" (all welcome on 2/23-2/27) - are there jacuzzi rooms with an ocean view? Does it vary?
