I have been meaning to get down the gym regulary for the last 2 months but due to being busy have not been as much as i would have liked! There was a thread last year where everyone was trying to get fit. I don't want to be the only fatty on the beach!

I always tell myself that once I start working out, im gonna keep going to the gym and doing it....never works. This year.....as part of my Cancun "training" my new years resolution will be to stay in the gym on a regular basis.....well see how it works
Ive baught some stuff for my spare room and keeping it up quite well at moment when it involved going to gym i just put it off and you miss one session and you wont go for weeks
My favourite film of all time. "Aw look at the size of him, i shit bigger piece of corn in my crap!" LOL. I think i may have sprained my ankle at football last night, so the gym may have taken a set back for 7 days of so. I might still go do some upper body work though tonight and get in a routine.
I could afford to lose about 15 lbs. I just looked at some pictures of me from about 5 years ago when I was 18, and realized I've packed on about 15 lbs since then. I just can't get motivated to hit the gym. I think I should change my desktop picture to some hot girl in a bikini to get me motivated.
