We usually book the garden view, but last time ended up with a view of a sort of parking/work area. This time we booked the ocean view to hopefully ensure we don't get a view like that again. We really aren't in the room that much and it really shouldn't matter, but I just didn't like the view.
We had an oceanfront Temptation room. (See my pics of room 1140). In my opinion, the ocean is very different at Temptation than the other resorts we stayed at around on hotel zone. We did not hear the crashing of waves at Temptation. In the future I'll book an ocean view or jacuzzi room. We didn't spend much time in our room anyway.
