Well, I'm trying not to panic. No reply from F&S on my last 2 emails
to them. My phone calls get 'dropped' or got to voice mail, or put on
hold,,FOREVER,, till I give up, and call again,,and it all repeats..
BUT,, on the menu,, I hit the number to make a NEW RESERVATION..
and,, wait for it,, got a person immediately! But alas.. they could not
help me because I needed customer service and no one was available.
Told me to call back tomorrow,, Thanksgiving day???.. was
reassured,,, YES,, someone will be here till 8pm...
I'll try,,, don't believe it.. but I'll try

Just talked to hotel rep face to face. Reservation is on the books but travel agency has not paid. If not paid when you get here you will be required to pay walkin rate. What ever that is at the time you show up. There you go folks.

 

I have already reported to my CC company as a fraudulent charge and put a stop payment on it,, not going to wait the 10 to 20 days they are requesting.

I was booked far enuf ahead so no worries but some people are getting shafted cause the replacement rate is over 300 for March and Dec, so they can be looking at an additional 1400 + for their one week stay.

Well.. have to eat my words,, I called this morning on Thanksgiving and
my call was answered quickly and she took my cancellation. Was told it would take
5-12 business days to see my return on my charge card. Here
is the weird part, She told me that they could not honor my vacation package for
$99 a night because I booked for 8 nights. Offered me
the $99 rate for a 7 day booking at Temptations. I politely turned down
this most generous offer. I'm sure it wasn't going to happen. Now to
get this trip booked!

when I booked 10 nights they told me the same thing and he booked me 2 res, for 5 nights each,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, They still got cancelled

 

Just rechecked the link for their site and their price is now up to 299 per room per night.,,,, even thought they tell you their no longer selling theses rooms.
