Just received email from F&S that our refund has been approved. Wonder if the ID # on that is the same as everyone else's? Mines 1763173364.
Nope those are different. I have about 4-5 peoples transaction ID # thanks in part to F&S divulging that in the BBB report. On a different note the Dept of Consumer services has suggested that each person should file their own report/complaint againt F&S and that I should NOT include anyone elses information within my findings. I am to base the facts of my problem with them only to find any wrong doing according to the laws in Florida. Ya know I think we can all count our blessings here too. I read through the agreement and the hitch to it was having to attend an off-site timeshare presentation. guess I didn't catch that at first.
I guess our main question is: Has anyone showed up there, after having all the conformation numbers etc, only to be told, there is no room at the inn? Having a bad feeling after reading all of the posts about F&S, We booked with them several months ago for Feb. We did receive the conformation number through F&S, We have spoken with TTR and were told we did have reservations with them. Really hope this is not a BS scam. Thanks, Thom & Amy
Spoke with TTR, was told rooms not paid for yet. Normally get paid 7 days before reservation.. Shit fuck piss! Now what?
Bring a credit card and be prepared to pay the Hotel rate ($229 to 359 @ day). When you get back you will have to get a refund from F&S for your $99 @ night.
