Scott pretty sure you already have ours from a couple weeks back but let me know if you need more info. I didn't file anything with the agencies you mention above. Can you post how to again and I will do it today. I agree it looks better when it isn't you against them and instead a bunch of people with the same story.

I am in hopes though that by using others info and spending the time gathering it, that the proper people will take notice and also contact all of the people I have provided them with about their problems. My wife called VISA today about starting a fraud claim. She was told that Fun and Sun has not done anything unlawful yet. We have to wait until our vacation day. If they do not provide accomodations as per their confirmation at that time they are then breaking the law and VISA can act as well. VISA did admit that the way Fun and Sun is doing business is morally wrong. So we may have to arrive at Temptations and see if they have a room for us?????
So best case scenario you have a reservation that has not been paid, and you have to fork out 229 to 329@ night too stay, then you can at best get your 99 @ night back from Visa. Were in Canada so good luck trying to recover the additional expenses. Worst case.... room wasn't paid so they gave it away cause their full,, now your without a room.... .. I would be making sum calls,,
I checked my CC account and I was refunded the full amount on 12/1. We booked on 11/11. Requested refund on 11/21. Got confirmation on 11/28 that refund was processed. Posted to CC on 12/1. I guess I will consider myself one of the lucky ones. I have rebooked with Travel Republic and feel pretty confident about that. Paul
Scott, thanks so much for keeping our names private. The only replies I have gotten so far is from Florida AG. Waiting for BBB, Orange County, consumer finance protection bureau, an Florida dept of ag and consumer services. I called others and most told me not their area of operations, sent me somewhere else, or said wasn't much I could do. Not giving up yet though, still haven't started with the state of Louisiana but not expecting much different. FTC said not much I can do since they gave a refund, but took my complaint and gave me a reference number. Our first cancellation email made it sound like WE wanted to cancel. I requested another stating differently and got one that appeared to be typed up by Alexis. It still wasn't what I wanted but better, plus it shows I didn't agree to the first one. Still haven't got email my card was refunded. Sent an email to Waylon White stating my intentions and got the same reply as others. I then sent him one back requesting to talk to him and he replied he would call last Monday. Quess what, didn't get a call. In all fairness, I was out for part of the day, but no out of state numbers were in my call log. Keep up the good fight, we appreciate all you are doing.
One more thing, on one complaint I stated I wanted Fun and Sun to honor what was advertised at a date of our choosing. I also stated I felt that we wouldn't be out of line by asking them to pay full price for all our troubles.

Thank you!!! I just want to take a second out of this thread to state that I am sorry for seeming to those that disagree with my ways and tactics. I am hopefully not too annoying? I don't believe anyone should be mislead or taken advantage of in anyway, shape or form. Especially when it comes to something they have ALL worked so very hard for.... their time and their money.
