Got refunded yesterday.

Surprise due to foreign exchange fees I,m short $90.

After 75 minutes on phone with CC company managed to get it back

Well today i called F&S to see what was aso long since i was told 3-5 for cancelation confirmation. was told they really didnt know why nothing had been done yet they would check into it I asked to talk to manager was told there wasnt a manager until 12 noon today but they could not give the managers name out what a bunch of BS that i had to go thru him to talk to the manager I told him others had received theres already and called after me I then called CC company to see how it was going on the dispute end and low and behold
i just received the cancellation receipt marked approved. So i guess they will delay the refund as long as they can to keep your monies
so if you have not gotten the cancellation receipt yet keep calling

 

I got the email receipt but still no funds have hit the account..........

 

i just received a second receipt and a phone message stating it should reflect on my cc in a few days
just have to stay on them to get your money

 

In actuality if you call your card or do it online and dispute the charges as fraudulent it goes MUCH MUCH faster. That report shows on an international database for visa and mastercard from my understanding. It basically starts black balling them as a non-reputable buisness and everytime someone tries to book through them it flags the charge for prevention awareness. Not that it would do much other than irritate other potential customers but it inconvieniences F&S in a manner.

My credit showed up on my cc today. It was credited, according to their emai, on Monday. So it took my cc 5 days to process.

So I'm whole again. Time to find a new deal!

hopefully we have covered all bases fun and sun confirmed as did TTR so confidently we have booked passage so on of our way with shaky confidence and grand expectations...fingers crossed

 

If you paid $99 + 17 tx ...........

Bring enuf money to pay for your room when you get there,, up to $329 @ night.,,,,because they probably did not pay for room room,, just reserved it ,there's a difference.

 

I am not sure if you did this or not but most people made the mistake of just asking TTR if they had your reservation. If this is what you did, I would call TTR back just to make sure and ask them if they have an "original resorts/Temptation confirmation number" and then specifically ask if F&S has paid the entire balance of the stay or if you will be responsible for anything when you arrive. I would hate for you to be the first of the downfalls while there. Better safe then sorry!
