finally got a hold of someone on the phone from customer service,it took about 3 days. as others have said they offered me a timeshare pkg at a different resort and some other deals. i just told him i wasn't interested in any other deals. he said my refund should be posted in 7-10 business days...we shall see:brick: i already filed a dispute with my cc company...so hopefully between my cc co. and my cancelation i will get my refund:bowdown: good luck to everyone and thanks for all the feedback everyone has posted. i still plan on being there at the end of april,just think i am gonna have to wait till after xmas to have time to do my searching...see u all in april....charlene:mermaid:
i see now that i have got an email confirmation on my cancelation...it states it will take 14-20days to get my cc refund...this is of course a lot longer than what he told me on the phone:aetsch011:
haha,, about 10 days after I got that email,, I got one saying the refund was approved and to wait 10 to 14 days,, to be processed what a run around
When did they initially say you will be receiving a refund? We are trying to get a timeframe or at least an idea what thier 7-10 days mean. Thanks, Paul
