If you use the email address on your contract to make your reservation, the email is not correct. So, I called the number to make my reservation and they told me they don't accept phone reservations. I never received reservation updated information. I was aslo told that my week had to be approved. My week is in October so hopefully that is enough advance notice. I am so frustrated. I sent an email to the new address to make my reservation. Well, they didn't do it! I got some standard reply: Remember that in order to use your Free All Inclusive Request, all reservations must be made directly through us within 60 days or less prior to arrival. Reservations are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability. Only 1 week per year is permitted as stated in our internal rules and regulations. All memberships bought in 2008 applies for 2009. No kidding.... I know my contract. I want a reservation! Anyone else having any issues? How can I use one of my free weeks?
Might be a smartass comment but book normally for one week... have flights you can change without too much effort and then 'book' a second week the first day you get down there!
Go to the site I posted above,and read about the free AI weeks, then scream your head off, tell them if you dont get your free week, and you have to pay for it you are going to tell everybody there how you where scamed, Call down there and ask for the sales office, and talk to someone that can speak English, or ask for Bernie. And then go to the above web site and post what happened. Half the people that are making revs, their English is as bad as my Spanish, which is not saying much. Terry
I know it took over a week to make my reservations for May. Between phone calls and emails I probably have eight hours in it. I finally got what I wanted but it was so much easier before when I just went on Travelocity and booked over the internet in 15 minutes.
It took me of a week also and I wasnt even trying to use a free AI weeks, the person that contacted me about our revs english was so bad, it took several emails back and forth to get our trip booked.
