It always rains in Cancun. I'd bring my heat coat and snowboots if I were you!!! No worries!! Actually I've partied at Patios in my swim trunks during a rainstorm... Rain or sun doesn't matter to me, I just keep the party going!!
It did rain last week for about 3minutes. Just cover your drink for a few and PARTY ON!!!!!!!!! Debbie :ernaehrung005:
If it rains it will be for 5 minutes then the heat and sun will pour it on. Don't worry about weather
Tropical rain in June is a pleasure to party in! Not so in January...I wouldn't worry about the weather, you can't control it, and the forecast will be wrong most of the time anyways. Ask the bartenders; Cancun is like the Bermuda Triangle of weather. Hard to predict but unless its a hurricane, usually passes fairly quickly.
Last year in September it rained 3 of the six nights we were there. It was usually really late like 2 in the morn. We danced and drank in the rain at patios and got in the sports pool too. Usually was no more than an hour that it rained. Just made for a white t shirt night for me when I was wearing school girl outfit 1 night. Don't worry about rain. Its still fun.
