I am on Long Island, 45 minutes from the city.
I travel to MA once a month for the folks I might even pass you alot the way.

I live in Fairfield, next to Bridgeport. If you take the ferry over you are 3 miles from my house. Just follow the aromas

Twice baked potatoes are yummy.

You bake a potato as usual but when you're done you split open the top and scoop out all the potatoinside.

Most people mix it with something like cheese or bacon and chives and then put the potato mixture back into the skin and bake it again.
