We just came in from fishing and we caught some talapia. The talapia usually run around here in Feb. so we were pleasantly surprised today.

    Lisa,

    Twice baked potatoes are yummy.

You bake a potato as usual but when you're done you split open the top and scoop out all the potatoinside.

Most people mix it with something like cheese or bacon and chives and then put the potato mixture back into the skin and bake it again.

Totally totally yummy! You would approve!

it's a short ride if you live in Eastern NY...

    Buffalo might be a stretch!

    :D

I love spicy food. I strongly suggest that if you are in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas or some other cities... and love spicy food in huge portions, go to where I used to call home... Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen (I was at the Atlanta location). Have the Crawfish Etouffee. Better yet, try the stuffed, baked lobster tail (crabmeat stuffing full of shrimp and other goodies) served with a side of the Crawfish Etouffee. It's called the Lobster Bienville. www.pappadeaux.com
