We normally get the option to remove food on short haul, but not on long hall for obvious reasons. Unless your going with some1 like ba then u always get food.
Not sure of Mexicana's policy, but I'd double check your flight as well Jason. When Delta use to have an open bar, it was for flights leaving after 11am. If you had a 3 hour flight and left at 10:45am, it was a cash bar the entire trip. As Delta is the only airline I know who enforced the policy that way, you should be ok, ut probably worth to double check. Also, depending on Mexicana policy, Royale should be ok. Most NA airlines cut bar service at 4am.
