HOLY CRAP!!!!! One of the members of my penguins forum posted this....now...clearly we dont know how valid it is....but its crazy none the less i figured i would share this with you guys. i am on letsgopens.com (sorry for the treason) and i read this. i'll just paste it. i dont know how true this is, but it is a rumor thread anyways, so just deal. these are not my words by the way so dont jump on my butt. My friend's dad is a former NHL player whose career was cut short due to a shoulder injury. Anyway he plays on the Penguins celeb team along with Alain Lemieux and also knows the Penguins trainer and stat guy (I know BIG deal haha) and they have told my friends dad that the Pens have completed a 3 team trade pending a small issue of sorting out draft picks. He was told not to say anything, but made the mistake of telling his son who told me because I can't keep a secret, especially one as big as this. Here's the deal, now understand that a couple of the draft picks might not be completely in line with this but the trade is expected to be in effect by Saturday, in time for them to play in Sunday's game versus Dallas: L.A. gets: Jordan Staal (PIT), Tyler Kennedy (PIT), Miroslav Satan (PIT), 5th round pick (COL) Colorado gets: Ryan Whitney (PIT), 3rd round pick (PIT), 4th round pick (LA) Pittsburgh gets: Wojtek Wolski (COL), Chris Stewart (COL), Alexander Frolov (LA), 2nd round pick (LA)
