the war has already started in my house, I posted a newspaper article on my brothers door back from October 07 that reads "10 resons why sidney crosby's penguins will win the stanley cup".....he is plotting something, i am worried

Thanks for heads up. Just checked off the last condition and the final deposit will be wired out today. As of June 20th, I will be a resident of Georgetown. After looking at 13 houses in the area on Saturday, and comparing them to the 12 houses I saw on Sunday in Oakville as well as the 25+ houses the weekend before... I'm relieved to say I think I found something I can live with for a few years. Thanks again for the help.
