Used Amerispec 3 times, each time was a different inspector. All 3 only did light visual inspections. Only 1 of the 3 actually made it up onto the roof. Great when you're the one selling the house. If I'm buying a house, I'd rather someone who digs a little deeper - an engineer over someone who passed a weekend course. Someone who will check insulation, moisture, air quality, foundation & soil, air circulation, energy efficiency... I really don't care about a light bulb or if a switch isn't properly grounded... all stuff I can find and change myself... It's the big things - behind the walls, in the pipes and under the ground - that get expensive and concern me.
well janie it appears the tickets for games 1 and 2 have sold out in record time......granted there were only 2,000 extras released......perhaps I will take a trip to the 'Burgh and watch from the local pub
