cant remember the cost but tonya, hillbilly, april showers and i did one about two years ago via the kiahana (docks right there at temptations) and we had a blast catching some nice red snapper. would highly recommend this boat - think it was about $400.00 for half a day but not sure?

On recent trip, you could do 4 hour bottom fishing for about $400 for the boat and 6 hour deep sea fishing for $550 for the boat. Both options supplied gear for 4 fisherman. If you could speak fluent spanish you could get substanially cheaper by bartering directly with boats at the dock. The fishing seemed pretty fair as of the beginning of January. The deep sea boats were catching numerous decent sized barracuda and even some pretty big sharks.Didnt get to go personally but chatting with others,it was money well spent

Also if you are staying at Temptation, you can bring your catch back and they will cook it up for you. Several folks have done that. They cook the fish, set up some sides and you have a little dinner party. Nice way to finish off the day.

We went out with Captain Sharky last March had a blast landed 7 for 9 Sailfish and 2 Bonita's ...the cost for the day was $700 for a full day for the 2 of us ...these guys know fishing and speak english ...looking foward to going back this march ....but will be doing a half day this year as we had all 11 fish within six hours and called it a day because our arms were burning from reeling in these huge fish!
