    Dude, Really... only a 45 min dumbell workout before your run? How can you live with yourself.

    My day is pretty much the same.. well the showering around 845 part give or take an hour or 2... and .. well .. that's it... lol

    Nicely done your tardiness is forgiven since good help is often hard to find. I just need to remember to add 1 day and one good night's sleep until the 30th. I'm hoping that this one day delay in my arrival doesn't find TTR to be out of cerveza (with lime)!
