I love to dress up and part of that is due to TTR ... I took some outfits our first year but the second year I packed with much more excitement and courage. Don't push her, let her find her own sexy. I dress a little too sexy for the bars at times but compared to many I am conservative with my club wear. For me I am more comfortable being somewhat covered, others better with much less and that is ok. We all have our comfort levels and pushing those are ok but she has to be ready or she won't enjoy it. Disclaimer here I say conservative in my outfits but keep in mind 99.999% of the bars or places we go would think I was a call girl if I went out to those places in my club wear!!!!
Since she has done the shopping, I can tell you that she will be mad if she doesn't bring the stuff. The only way to understand the nobody knows you attitude is to experience it. Just bring it and you will see what happens. Our first trip Marlene said that she probably would not go topless and definitely not wear a thong. Topless by day 2, thong by the end of the trip and then said that she wished she had sexier outfits for night time.
Let her bring the clothes she is comfortable in but also have her bring a few outfits that she would NEVER wear in public. By the end of the trip she will be in the skimpiest outfits she has. And if she doesnt bring them, she will wish she had! When people talk about how comfortable you feel in nothing at Temptations, they are not kidding. Its like no where else on earth!
For the girls, there's something very defining about stepping out of your room wearing something a little out of the comfort zone and a bit daring. First trip I didn't quite get there with the 'daring' outfits, but I did it last year (2nd visit) for Lingerie night. People there probably didn't give me a second glace (in the bitchy omg why would she wear that fashion) but for me it was a huge thing, but I'm so glad I challenged myself to do it. Had tons of fun and something I'll always remember! This year I have zero issues about wearing my Lingerie and other daring outfits. The husband is more worried than me about some of his theme costumes!!
Ditto to what everyone is saying, For Sam we always pack the comfort zone stuff but always throw in a few no way in hell outfits and honestly the no way in hell always get worn. You have to let her decide for herself and you will find that as the week progresses she will get more and more comfortable with herself. Love TTR, brings everyone out of their shell.
