Sorry the schedule is messed up. That sucks. But just keep saying to yourself "I'm on my way to Cancun!!!"
Glad you're on your way. But...aarghghg...couldn't they have taken the plane to Cancun and fixed it there? Either way, not something I'd want to hear while I was already in the air! You have earned your vacation...I hope you have the time of your lives!
UGH! It sounds like you've been traveling with my hubby! He always has issues flying into/out of ATL, too. Hang in there, you'll be at TTR in no time! Enjoy!
As a FF, I avoid ATL when ever possible. We managed to get a direct flight from DTW (which isn't always a sure bet) but we are going through ATL on the way back, guess if we get stuck in TTR for an extra day, oh well... :daveandmo: my luck we would get stuck in ATL.
Alas, my hubby doesn't have much choice when he has to travel from EWR to HSV . . . There just aren't any direct flights between those two airports. Flying into/out of CLT isn't too bad, though . . .
We met Alan and Sal Saturday morning poolside. By the time the beer chugging contest started at noon they were in the water with drinks in hand! I'm pretty sure they've moved on to bigger concerns than the flight delay...like "What should I drink next?" or maybe "Maybe I should put on more sunscreen". Or, the worst dilema at TTR: "Do I REALLY need wake up at 6am to save a poolside lounge chair?"!
