How long did it take them to price match? I am working on this now. I have a reservation for January 2024. The total rate now is $300 less than when I booked. I called Original yesterday. Waited on hold for about 9 minutes while the agent looked up my booking. She then came back and asked me to email her a screenshot of the current rate. I did that all yesterday and I'm hoping for a resolution soon.
Same with ours. Sent the screen shot and she sent me a new confirmation pretty much same day. Check your spam folder too.
