First timer spring break 08 lots of questions.

You may want to check the fine print on that site. It says that mandatory all inclusive fees must be paid on arrival so it doesnt look like you'll be getting anything for 300 bucks.

yeah i read that also but it still beats the hell out of the other prices. at least i think. if I was to stay at the oasis (soley because it is the party central) how much would i have to save for a week plus all the clubs and stuff to do? I mean how much do you all budget for a week's trip to cancun at your favorite hotel/resort?

 

I stayed at the Cancun Palace in 2005. It was awesome and looks even nicer now. In 05 there was still plenty of breakers, but it might not be affordable for a lot of breakers now as the price has gone up.

 

I spent around $800 when i was down there.. but i went overboard

 

$800 isnt that bad unless it was just on clubs and stuff. Im just looking for how much for everything as a whole. Airfair, Hotel, Clubs etc. How much do you save to go on vacation?

 

I stayed at the Park Royal this year and loved. There were a ton of breakers there and it was a great time. I dunno how it would be in April, but for peak week, it was a blast.

 

I went budget, paid about $1000 total for the flight and AI hotel.

I probably spent around $500-$600 on food/booze/misc. while I was there.

I didn't go on any excursions other than to the bars.

 

I think my flight/hotel was a little over $1100 and I prolly spent $500-$600 while there.

 

Flight / Hotel - $1500ish

Spending $800

The Oasis is pricey compared to other places, but its well well worth it.
