Until our first trip to Temptation, my boobs were like vampires--they'd never seen daylight! I wasn't sure I would take my top off at all so I didn't pre-tan, but my hubby did the Mr. Temptation contest and I had to give it to him to "vote" for him. It took about 1.2 seconds to realize that, truly, "nobody gives a shit." No one looked at me differently, talked to me differently, or cared at all whether I had a top on or not. It was awesome to be able to get out of my own head and let go of my hang-ups. As for the SPF, my totally virgin boobs didn't burn at all with Up and Up SPF 30--$10 at Target!
Love topless while on vacation and seldom do I wear a top here on the lake. After the shock and sometimes ah, its just like a man going without a shirt. Nobody cares and actually appreciate your boldness.
I know exactly how you feel! I had not gone topless before going to TTR! I have been twice now and it's not until the afternoon that I actually end up pulling off my top, but I can tell you one thing...IT'S GREAT! It's nice to be in a place where nobody cares. We've been taking nakations for years and TTR is just about the only place we go where we can't be nude. We figured we'd never see anyone we knew. Boy were we wrong yrs ago we ran into a couple from our Sunday School class, nude as can be at Haulover Beach in Fla.
Here's What we Did Our first Time At A Top-optional Resort.. We packed a few shear cover-ups along with some very thin material shirts. My wife started with a bikini, which style she hasn't worn for 20 years and had a shear cover-up waiting in our sun/beach bag. By end of first day she was dropping her top a bit, then slipping the shear on with no top under it. Needless to say she was topless most of the late morning while in the chairs/beds and wearing only the shear coverup when going for drinks or ladies room. Even went for a swim a few times topless in the quiet pool, very unlike my wife... I had a great time and she did as well teasing me, it's awesome and she's even thinking of Desire in the future trips. Isku
Well, I think I am ready....I think most of the reason that I never did last time was that I had on a "cover it all up tankini" and it was not an easy transition. This time, I am going to for the bikini! No body knows me, nobody gives a shit...right! Oh, wait.. my husband has been trying to get me back into a bikini for 9 of the 10 years we have been together, so I guess the one person who knows me will be happy!
