OK, I am going to say it, theme nights are way over blown, overrated. Do your thing! Wear what makes you feel sexy, exotic, even erotic! Don't worry about what color it is! Don't worry about so-called "official" themes! Other than lingerie night, at which you must wear lingerie to get in, the rest of the evenings you are FREE to get your own kink on. You do not have to do theme nights to fit in al all! Most of the guests at the resort will not participate. So no pressure at all! And on the flip if you WANT to theme it, that's cool too.....just know that you don't have to in order to fit in!

True but participating can be a lot of fun. Just depends on the group and how many do. The more there is the better for those that do. April Addicts usually have a high number of people who do.
lingerie night participation will be very high, if you are not dressed in theme you will not be allowed in. This includes "pajama pants" for the dudes, Sarah will not let you in wearing them. White night sees huge participation also, the foam is a big improvement. The foam gets waste high on the dance floor, as was mentioned be aware that linen is going to get very see through when wet!
One of the nice things about the CCC site and TTR is the sense that you're not just at any other resort. Yes the fact it's topless optional is a difference but it's really the sense of community and fitting in and getting along quickly with strangers that sets it apart. We met people on CCC before our April visit but coming down the stairs into Paty'O's on our first night and see people dressed similarly due to the theme of the night really enhanced our experienced and served as a real ice breaker. It's easy to start a conversation with "What's your CCC handle?" rather than something more pedantic like "so where are you from?". Certainly feel free to put your own spin on any theme night, but once you've experienced 25 women dressed as school girls and the sense of belonging and acceptance they have wearing something they never would at home you'll see why it's so much fun.

Totally agree with you on this. Definitely adds an extra element of fun, comradery, and naughty to the trip. Have had a blast shopping for themed night outfits and it's given me an extra push to keep up my gym routine too! Bonus!! LOL Hoping for A LOT of participation in July!!! :lotsofmichaelfs:

Never said you had to participate in theme nights to have fun. We don't do them all, just our favourites. We a have fun all day and night no matter what.
