We were there recently and were pretty impressed. The staff is terrific - friendly, helpful, and always there when you need them. The place is spotless - it is constantly being cleaned. The food was good, but more vegetarian options (tofu) would have been nice. What we didn't like: - Very loud music late into the night. - Smoking allowed by the pool area. - We got wrangled into that annoying 2-hour sale pitch. My fault. (We didn't buy). Tip: Don't agree to it and don't pay the $20. - One of the elevators wasn't working the whole time we were there, creating much longer wait times.
