Whats up everyone? This is my first time going to Cancun, and I wasn't lucky enough to get into the Oasis Cancun. Me and 2 friends are going from March 15th until March 22nd, staying at the Oasis Palm Beach instead. Can anyone tell me if this place is totally lame or will there be anything fun going on??? We're just lookin to get shit faced the whole time, so will be going to the Oasis alot and goin to some clubs/bars ya know. Anyone who has ever stayed here can you let me know what it's like around Spring Break time???? Just not looking to have a shitty time. Someone help!!!
I actually preferred Palm Beach to Oasis Cancun. Not crazy like Oasis cancun it is more of a chill by the pool or at the bar type vibe. I only preferred Oasis Cancun when MTVU was on the beach. Only reason I am not staying in Palm Beach is because it is out of the way.
Two of my friends stayed at the palm beach last year so i spent a day there. It was pretty mellow when i was there. My buddies had pretty nice room with a huge balcony so maybe you could try asking for a room with a balcony if you want one. Their room was also nicer than the one I had at the oasis. I thought the food on the buffet was better there than at the oasis. It's cheaper than the regular oasis and it seemed like a good value for the money. Only downside would be the beach area.
I have read that you should upgrade to ocean view,the rest of the rooms the windows do not open.This is only at the Oasis Palm Beach,ocean view are only rooms with balconies also.
