We always arrive late afternoon, after a 4 hour drive to the airport and a 10 hour flight we always make it out the 1st night but only last until about midnight! Get in one good nights sleep then it's all down hill for the next 13 nights lol. Lynfa x
Makes sense. I think it's too easy to go crazy the first night since the anticipation of the trip has been building up for so long. I'll be happy if we make it to midnight. We'll 8 more nights to go crazy after we recover from the travel.
The first time we were there, the night we arrived was lingerie night. I was totally passed out in the room by 8:30. Too many tequilla shots and not enough food and water plus a full day of traveling! My hubby assures me that he is NOT letting that happen again! LOL...Poor guy kept coming up to the room trying to get me up but it just was not happening!
We avoided that curse this time around, probably because I stuck with frozen drinks (which take longer to drink) and didn't do a whole lot of shots. Or maybe we were hanging with the "wrong" crowd, lol! =)
