Pepto Bismol does the trick. And it's nice because you can sort of control and monitor your dosage during the day and taper off as you get less "shaky".
I buy it in the drugstore or grocery. Buy store brand, it's cheap. I start taking it a few days before I leave on vacation and quit taking it a couple of days after I return home. Have never gotten ill. The stuff that has the probiotics is the best. I swear by it.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Acidophilus a class/type of Probiotiic? I take Acidophilus often and prefer using this all natural product over OTCs such as Pepto, Malox, etc., etc. One additional point is that the Acidolphilus that needs to be refrigerated is usualy a better, more potent product. Yogurt works as well but you would have to eat quite a bit of it to equal the benefits of taking Acidophilus, not to mention yorgurt is not nearly as portable. 212eric
