I've found it's best to plan about a month ahead, so nothing beyond mid March at the moment. But if we have the numbers we will run them whenever we can. If I start off too early we get people saying their coming and then 4 months down the line their plans have changed and maybe they cancel or change dates without letting us know. That, plus there would be about 10 extra stickies at the top of the board.
