Thank you SO much for taking time to give me some insight! What that a website that you saw the sold out dates? I'm just so confused as to why some or most websites say they have rooms and some do not. The actual Temptations website calendar says they have ocean view and the jacuzzi suite. Unfortunately we couldn't come much earlier, maybe just one day. I'm an ER nurse and he is a medic/firefighter...so he will be working a 24 hr shift the 7th, and I work 7p-7a on the 8th. (That would put me sleeping on the plane which is worth it). Would you book if you were me?
If there are rooms available on Expedia you should be good. Worst case scenario they send you to another resort for one night (maybe Desire). People check out everyday.
Airlines like transat and sunwing and what not purchase packages, x rooms for x dates, they sell them out and then there are no more for that airline, not all sites have all airlines. Go back to your agent and see if he has alternate dates!
Pretty sure Expedia can guarantee the booked rooms? Never had a problem with them? In any case, we show rooms available Feb 12-19th still-

We originally booked directly with TTR and a few weeks later when the deposit still hadn't been charged we called and found out they were changing the price on us, so we cancelled and booked through Expedia. It was cheaper and Expedia confirmed everything. Can you just book with them?
