We are still on the fence, I also talked with Leni and Jodi yesterday, were all watching for some price drops.
I had written this long post a couple hours ago, after comparing prices from different sources (Alpharooms, Orbitz, Expedia, and the resort directly). At the time I checked (two hours ago, I could swear the resort pricing on a base room for two adults during Week 8 was $243/nt. Now, it shows $334/nt. Anyway, that was the cheapest of all the rates, but it appears that it changed from before I started cooking dinner, to now. In all honesty, if I was the resort, and was pretty sure I would sell out that week, I'd raise the rates, too. If there is one bright side to these higher prices, I would hope that it's some of those spring break douchebags get priced out of the market and seek the more target rich environments they are after, elsewhere, towards the end of Week 8.
try clearing cookies on your browser and see if the prices change back........if ur still looking that is
Its official, I got pissed off and went and booked. Feb 8 - 15 for the lion and the zebra! Its party time! Paid 3390 all in, tax, fees blah blah blah out of Edmonton. As usual, we will most likely have a group of 5+ that want to come. But they need to put their money where their mouth is. Now lets get the theme nights fixed up so I can shop and get the party going!

Yes it is a few weeks early for sure, but to get into the week 8 lineup again would be another 1000 bucks, and I just dont think its worth that much cash....3390 we paid, so add another grand and that makes us sad. So week 5 warmup, unless they have a slamming deal on week 7/8 dates, we can still shuffle a little bit over the next 2 months.
