Only 11 more nights to practice before the 18th wildness at Patty O's. Do you have any other suggestions to reduce calorie intake? Using pop as a mixer is tough on the waistline. We brought our own Barcardi Limon in November to TTR but all they had was pop or cranberry for mixers.
Any diet pop will do, I am bringing some Mio and Mio sport just to lessen the hang over. I did 20 oz of rum the other night and diet coke, liver training, we did not eat dinner and I did not gain any weight so its a good one, at least for me, will have to see what mexico says though. Any drink that is MIXED usually will have a whack of calories for sure. Lemon helps break down alcohol, so if you have like diet coke, rum and lemon it will help. The real kicker to calories is the sugar that these drinks have in them. And the food stuffs. Last year they looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered the 10 egg white omelet.
Low cal? No no no. Drink what u want.. That just means u and the wife have more of a workout to do ;-) besides your on holiday mode. Worry about the Waist when you get back home.. Were headed there in the 17th. See ya there!
